The automatic sliding doors are usually used in the large door niches designed for the heavy forklift truck transport. The doors are operated by the cord switch, remote control or inductive loop. A special clutch allows the door to open manually, even if there is no power supply.
The door automatic elements include the systems refined over time that ensure easy and safe operation as well as many configuration options (speed, automatic closing time).

Sliding, single leaf doors
Door panel: The envelope construction of the door panel reduces the areas for the accumulation of the bacteria. The thickness of the chiller doors is 60 mm, the thickness of the freezer doors ranges from 100 mm to 150 mm. The standard chiller doors are installed without thresholds, the freezer doors are equipped with the heated thresholds, flush with the flooring, or the heated lower part of the door panel. The door panels are additionally provided with the protection slats and photocells that protect the doors from the unexpected closing or damage, when anyone or anything remains at the door passage.
Surface: Stainless steel 0H18N9, smooth, ground or spotted. The automatic doors made of coated or painted steel are also available.
Filling: 50kg/m3 two-component polyurethane foam.
Sealing: Double two-component rubber seal installed in the special profile.

I. Standard equipment:
- Engine - power 0,55kW;
- Frequency converter LG 0,75kW;
- Driver EL11;
- Main switch with maintenance lock;
- Flashing beacon;
- Photocell in the passage clearance;
- Security strip on the edge of the door;
- Mushroom safety switches - on the both sides of the door;
- Door lock position control.
II. A series of options for the door control are available, such as:
1. Buttons in boxes mounted on the wall on the both sides of the door;
2. Cord switches mounted on the boom on the both sides of the door;
3. Radio transmitters - normally up to 4 units
4. Induction loops installed in the floor on the both sides of the door;
5. Active infrared sensors mounted on the both sides of the door.
III. How it works:
Pressing the “START” button activates the doors, they stop at the end positions.
Pressing the “START” button during driving, the doors stop, re-pressing the “START” button activates the movement in the opposite direction.
Interrupting the photocell beam or pressing the security strip on the edge of the door causes the reverse movement of the door.
Pressing the emergency switch stops the motor and blocks its operation. Unlocking is done by turning the head of the safety switch.
The driver has the option to set the time after which the doors close automatically, this value can be set every 15 seconds.
If the photocell beam is interrupted earlier, the doors will close after 5 seconds.
If the doors are key-locked, the control system is shut off and prevents overloading of the electrical system.
The signal light is turned on automatically during the normal operation of the doors.
The control system protects also the heaters of the doorframes in case of the freezer doors.
At request, the control system can be adjusted to the customer’s individual requirements.
