The freezer doors are intended for the rooms with the temperatures ranging from 0 to -40 degrees Celsius. The doors can be made of stainless steel, coated steel or painted according to RAL palette. It is also possible to manufacture the mixed doors, where the doorframe is made of stainless steel, however, the door panel is made of coated steel or painted. Due to the room conditions and wall constructions, the various constructions of door panels and doorframes are used. Each door is individually designed to ensure the durability and pleasant operation for many years.
Hinged, single leaf doors
The freezer hinged doors, equipped with 100-150 mm-thick door leaves, are used in the rooms with the temperatures of up to -35 degrees Celsius. There is a special heating strip installed in the doorframe and threshold in order to protect the doors against freezing.

Due to the conditions of the room and wall constructions, the various designs of heated doorframes and different types of door fittings are used. The standard freezer doors are equipped with the heated doorframe and thermostat, protecting the heaters from damage, while the freezer is not operating. Additionally, the heated thresholds or heated lower parts of the door panels (in connection with the heating mats in the flooring) are used as in order to protect the lower part of the doors against freezing.
Door panel:
Made of 0,8 mm stainless steel or 0,75 mm coated steel. The thickness depends on the temperature in the room:
100 mm - temp. up to -25 degrees Celsius
120 mm - temp. up to -35 degrees Celsius
150 mm - temp. up to -45 degrees Celsius
The door panels are welded in the corners and form therefore solid and hygienic constructions, made with great attention. There are stainless steel reinforcements installed inside the door panels!!!
Probably, as the only producer of the specialist doors, we spot steel on our own (round and strip spotting). Thus, our customers can freely select doors that most correspond to their tastes.
Sealing: The two-component rubber seal in a special profile around the perimeter of the door. This solution eliminates the thermal bridge of the door panels. The lower part of the seal is hard and ensures a solid fit. The upper part is soft, adjoins the doorframe, ensuring a good tightness and light work of the door. The door bottom is sealed by a durable, full rubber seal. The door can be equipped with a threshold flush with the floor level or without threshold.
Hinges: Stainless steel hinges in stainless steel doors, plastic hinges with steel core in EKO doors.
Latches: Slam lock or rod control in case of larger-size doors.

On frame construction
The door panel fully covers the external side of the doorframe. This is standard and the most-cost effective solution, but requires the greatest amount of space on the side of the door installation.

Doorframes and thresholds: The doors made of stainless steel are equipped with CH-type angle doorframes, as a standard, however, the doors made of coated steel are equipped with more economical overlay doorframes. The final selection of the doorframes depends on the installation conditions, we therefore try always to satisfy the customer’s needs. Our offer contains several types of doorframes, including block doorframes. Each doorframe is filled with polyurethane foam and equipped with special stainless steel reinforcements, which ensure the durability and rigidity of the construction. The heated doorframes in the freezer doors are integrated with the stainless steel thresholds, filled with concrete in our factory. In case of the door niches with the heating mats in the flooring, we recommend the doors without thresholds, but with the heated lower parts of the door panels.

Hinged, double leaf doors
Double leaf hinged freezer doors are 100 - 150mm thick depending from internal temperature of the freezer. The doors have special heated frame and threshold which prevents the door from freezing. There are 2 main types of freezer doors:

Hinged doors for freezer room are designed for a temperature betwen -45 and -5 C. We have to offer a lot of heated frames and door leafs variants, dedicated to different walls, shapes of door niches, space available and cutomers prefferences. Each freezer door has heated frame and threshold that protects the gasket from freezing. What is more, we added a special thermostate that regulates the temperature also in cases when the freezer does not work. Each door is individually designed in order to ensure durability and a nice job for many years. Each door has its own unique serial number.
DOOR LEAF:
Can be made of: stainless steel, zinc coated galvanized steel 0.8 mm or 0.75 mm. The thickness of the door panel is 100mm, 120mm or 150mm The dor leafs can be made as inside frame or saving space half frame construction. Door panels (stainless steel) are welded in the corners, all constructon is a top hygenic standard design and produced with great care. All construction elements inside the door leaf are also made from stainless stell what means, that out product is produced from best quality materials.
SEAL:
Each freezer door is equiped with double special two-component gasket installed in special plastic profile. This solution eliminates the thermal bridge of the door leaf and guarantees tightness.
STAINLESS STEEL:
Probably as the only special door producer we posses the technology of steel round and strip mazeration. This gives huge flexibility in offering aesthetic and practical solutions for our customers in any time.

Additionally, the heated thresholds or heated lower parts of the door panels (in connection with the heating mats in the flooring) are used as in order to protect the lower part of the doors against freezing.

Classical sliding rail
The classical sliding system is a standard rail. The construction, refined over time, is made entirely of stainless steel. The system cover of the door with the classical sliding rail is made of the same material as the door panel. The polyethylene rollers are specially designed to provide a quiet operation and the durability of the door.

Pipe sliding rail
The pipe rail system consists of aesthetically brushed stainless steel pipe and two large, specifically profiled guide rollers. Due to the special profile of the rollers and the pipe, just as in the classical system, the door falls down and pushes to the doorframe, while closing.
